Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Southern Cottage Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit on eligible returns.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Any return requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • In their original condition

Southern Cottage Boutique reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Discounted merchandise

  • Intimates, including bras, bralettes, undergarments, and similar personal items

  • Swimsuits and bathing suits

  • Gift cards

  • Any item marked as "Final Sale"

For health and hygiene reasons, all intimate apparel and swimwear are final sale.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Southern Cottage Boutique is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued store credit only.

Store credit:

  • Will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Cannot be transferred to another customer

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds & Exchanges

At this time, Southern Cottage Boutique does not offer refunds to the original payment method.

We also do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order.
